Actually, I like to go to Inkflex to drop off parcels ... but to be greeted by such an unfriendly, disrespectful cashier, I prefer to continue to the next packing station. I'm talking about a shorter blonde woman with glasses. At first you are not greeted back! But that was just the beginning, I ONLY needed a copy and an envelope, then she said cheekily “Yes, but you can send it somewhere else, we are not post!” And “if there are several copies you have to go outside first wait because others have to wait longer ”. Your statement made absolutely no sense to me. In addition, another customer was already 10 minutes before me AND was in the shop with me without any pressure to hurry because others are waiting. I let that rest on me. I asked nicely for a pair of scissors because the copy was way too big! In response to this question, too, she said unfriendly: “Pack it up outside,” which I was planning anyway because I didn't want to hand the letter over there to be sent !? I felt like they wanted to get rid of me quickly, for whatever reason! Finally, I asked nicely and stayed calm. And the whole thing was a matter of less than 3 minutes. So she has absolutely no idea of ​​“the customer is king”. They definitely lost me as a customer. I write all this, young black woman. Who knows maybe that had a racist background.

Hermes parcel shop, office supplies, lottery, cigarettes ... Some things are certainly cheaper at the "big shops", but this small shop around the corner is worth supporting. You are always served very friendly.
