Extremely disappointed at their customer service. As part of the BMW family i consider customer service as the must important trait of the brand. No doubt my X3 will be the last car from BMW. I was a possible highly motivated M2 CS buyer but now there is no possible way to support a brand that doesn’t value his customers.

I stopped by the BMW shop & the entire experience was professional and friendly. It was my 1st time there & I asked a young gentleman how I enter the service area & I said my German was not that good. He answered me in English & was very friendly. I went inside and spoke Viktoria, Service Assistant, and she was personable & professional. She explained the process to me and I waited for the technician. I spoke w/the technician & he was very pleasant & professional. My experience could not have gone any better. I think all three that I encountered were gone representations of their company.

Professionalism and courtesy always at the highest levels. Until now I have trusted them to maintain my BMW and when I replace it I will definitely buy it here.

Amazing staff that are extremely helpful. They help identify and explain everything that needs to be done everytime we talk our minis in.

All was fine with the first three BMW cars I bought from Euler; both the cars and the service during/after the purchase was great However my last car has been a nightmare: I ordered an X5 Hybrid 2020 in June 2019. I was promised it in October/November... it arrived in mid-January. Six days after I got the car, the keys stopped working. I was offered a service date two-weeks out and a tiny Mini Cooper to use while I wait ... seems this BMW dealership is selling enough cars to where they no long need to provide decent service.
