I want to start with that this purchase was the first time my wife and I decided on a new car. we knew that we wanted a BMW bit didn't know the exact model. We were contacted by Tobias L. and he provided us with such an excellent experience, no worries, and stress free (trust me I purchased cars in the States before and it can be an unpleasant experience). Tobias paid attention to our needs and what we look for in a car. We were indecisive about the options, colors, etc. but he made sure to show us as many examples as possible. He walked with is through the whole process of placing an order, took delivery, then custom clearance. After all, we got what we wanted and love driving our new car very much. not stopping here, Tobias also continue to followed up with us after the sale to ensure that we are okay with the car regarding its options and features. We thanks Tobias very much for excellent service. We would recommend Euler Group to anyone looking for a BMW (or any car)!

Not sure what happened to my first review, which was 2 stars. Based on discovering that Euler's most capable employee has since departed, and my constant frustrations with this place, I am updating my post to an appropriate 1 star rating.

First experience was great, would of recommended them to everyone. I had a much more complicated issue and once the decision was made to not spend a very LARGE sum of money it seemed the communication stopped. They really want you to buy a new car FYI.
