Military AutoSource (MAS) Kaiserslautern Off Base

My husband and I were able to find our car while in quarantine and it was ready for us right when we got out! We are extremely satisfied with our experience. The customer service and promptness of service is exceptional! If you are looking for a used car place, seriously, this is the place to go. Connor was our sales rep and he was extremely knowledgeable about our car and all of the military and Germany specific processes for purchasing a car. Special shout out to Connor for helping us from beginning to end!

If only 0 was an option! The only positive feedback I can say to settle my stomach with a 1 star is the perfect detail on the car inside and out when we finally picked up the vehicle. From lack of communication throughout the process to ignoring emails, questions and a request for our vehicle that was completely in our rights had made me want to warn others not to buy from MAS. If you want a new vehicle, I strongly suggest purchasing prior to moving overseas. It is not like America, if you are unhappy with 1 dealership, you can drive to the next city to a different dealership... Nope, here it is strictly MAS. The vehicle was 1 month late (covid times) I am not upset it was delayed, I am upset due to the fact that it arrived on Tuesday and received an email asking why we hadn't picked it up by Friday. The sales rep never informed us that vehicle made it and was ready. Of course we work and need to correspond with co-workers. I had to wait until Monday to pick up the vehicle. The lack of caring or trying to make the situation right was a joke. Granted we didn't even see our sales rep, just the trainee (he was nice to work with, but couldn't answer the tough questions pertaining to a specific question/request we made while the car was in transit.) As excited as I am for the new vehicle is how disappointed I am in the company. They don't care, they know that they have 0 competition over here for Americans wanting to purchase NEW vehicles. When I took my vehicle to the German dealership to order something the local national asked me "how bad was MAS for you?" He said so many Americans come to them with negative comments about MAS, we just added another bad comment to their list. It is such a shame that MAS treats US military and US personal this way. Shame on them. I will NEVER buy or recommend them to anyone.

Zero integrity. We were promised 5-7 days delivery. Then Monday for sure. Then, sorry, I meant Tuesday...or Wednesday. Oh wait, Wednesday is the pickup day, not the delivery day. Oh sorry, just one more week...or nine days. Shady. We walked away. Also if they tell you that you need to come in for a sit down meeting, they just show you the cars on their website and waste more of your time. Can't speak to the rest of the organization, but these guys are not cool.

Everything just worked out great! I can totally recommend the service and Jason Land who did a great job.

I recently just bought a car from Matt at at Mas. He made it such an easy non stress experience. He helped with everything till the very end.He was very patient and kind the whole time, all while keeping in constant contact with me, answering any questions or concerns that I had. I would highly recommend buying a car are from military auto source. You can't go wrong with the night staff we have there.
