Disclaimer: I ended up not buying a vehicle. Julian was *incredibly* helpful. Went way out of his way to help out my family. We were without a functional vehicle, actually drove over to pick us up in a vehicle we were interested in, worked with trying to get us something in our price range, then ultimately dropped us back off. Very hospitable. 10/10, A++, would recommend.

The levels Julian went to in assisting me find a car can not be duplicated by any car dealership around Ramstein AFB. Julian took personal time during multiple days to assist finding me the perfect Jeep (due to my nightshift schedule). I looked at cars on different lots, like Ramstein used cars, and they wouldn’t even come outside of their office to talk to me. So I made the right decision negotiating with MAS. I love my Jeep and can’t wait to take it home. Their warranties also ease your mind about purchasing a vehicle out here.

Julian and Ian were great! No pressure guys who are just there to help. Both were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Long story short, I was PSCing in 5 days when I walked in and asked about utilizing the buy-and-fly program on short notice. Julian took what COULD have been a very frustrating experience, streamlined it, and made it a rather pleasant and easy experience. Julian got everything done in less than 2 days. They really went out of their way to help me. They even came and picked me off base, took me to an appointment, and then took me back to my hotel on a different base. I walked away feeling good, having a new truck, and all my questions answered. I'd buy a car from them again... Hands down best vehicle purchasing experience I've had.
