NP Autocenter Handels GmbH

I should of post this a long time ago; but was busy at work. 2 1/2 years ago I trusted this shop, and after inspecting my car both times I went there, a lot of my stuff went missing and I’m still upset. I have a list of the stuff that went missing, and it’s a shame that they took the stuff. I know I shouldn’t have left the stuff there, but it was an emergency and I went to get the things the next day, and thought maybe I didn’t leave it; but it was because they took it. I’m Military and was going to report them to our legal office hoping to get them ban from military use. But never got to it. But I’m writing this review and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. There are plenty of shops out there even close to them that are very trustworthy. But these guys took stuff that you wouldn’t take out your car normally. I gave them one star because I can’t leave it blank.

I recently had trouble with my American Spec car. I pretty quickly figured out the problem and began research on how to fix it myself (I do not usually trust car repair facilities). The problem? It was beyond my comfort level for doing it myself. I then (begrudgingly) began to research what it should cost to have a mechanic do it (about $500). On the advice of a local, I took the car to NP in Kaiserslautern. I explained the issue, but didn’t give a ton of information on what I thought it was. I asked what it would cost for them to diagnose the issue and found out it was free. I left my car overnight. The next day they called with the same diagnosis I came to and an estimate to repair it of under €400 and got it done the following day. If you’re in need of car repairs, give these guys a shot. They were honest, fair, and nice to deal with.
