Parking is insane. Calling is a pain. However, good service while there. Okay prices.

This place was terrible. They only spoke German and would not even try to conduct international buisness in English. How rude and inhospitable to a guest.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Don't bring your car here unless you absolutely have to. When you do, don't plan on getting it back in a reasonable amount of time. And don't plan on knowing anything about it until much later than reasonably expected. My car was here for over two weeks. They never returned calls, and after a week, they had no clue where car even was. My regular mechanic had apparently installed the wrong battery. Rather than giving me the correct part number over the phone to get the right size battery, they insisted on me coming in to get the battery and part number myself. In the end, I was charged €900+ for a new alternator. If I could give it NEGATIVE stars, I would give them all.

Great work. This garage needs to be bigger, more mechanics working more space in parking lot. Every time I have been there it is full and busy. Took a very long time to get work completely finished on my car. They did a great job, just unfortunate to go nearly 2 months without my car.
