It's a good dealership.

We are thinking about purchasing a 992 Carrera 4S. As Trier was a bit out of the way, we checked out the Kaiserslautern dealership. NO ONE greated us, even walking by the reps' desks or walking around looking at the cars. The receptionist did not even look up when approached and could not be bothered. It took active questions to have someone come help us. I also overheard a service call to a Porsche owner. The rep ended up telling her off because the customer asked too many questions. Everyone basically seemed snobby and bored there. I am amazed. Don't they WANT to sell cars? I decided after leaving there that customer service was at the lowest I have ever seen. Going to Trier and buying my car there.
