5 weeks in a row no opportunity to give lottery ticket On Fridays only the short time before it goes home. Supposedly temporary staff are used who have no training. But let EuroLotto sign outside the door?

So, just now I wanted, as usual, buy two rubles for one euro each as the employee has told me that he can not sell me rubles, because in the training required to sell the lottery items is missing. Well. Can happen. However, when I asked the colleague (three meters next to unpack the magazines) to sell me the tickets, I was punished with a pejorative look and the friendly colleague has repeated his monologue! I think it under all sow how you can come over so customers (the colleague is meant) and how irresponsible you can use someone without the training used for it to mediate! I'll definitely never go back in there. Customer friendliness is absolutely different!
