Great service. The staff are very friendly, polite and efficient (explaining and checking things in detail, but not wasting the customer’s time). The cars are all new and clean. Overall, the experience is quite pleasant.

Got email wrong. Couldn’t fix. Wouldn’t let me opt out or decline options I didn’t want. Wouldn’t change electronic contract to English. Told rep that wanted cheapest option for one day = €160. When I told him I didn’t want insurance because I’m already covered, he said the insurance was “included”. Go to Ramstein. Much better deals and service.

An OK place locally to pick up a vehicle if Ramstein has no rental. As a business, they typically neglect their establishment, weeds everywhere, trash on the premises and a pair of representatives that meet the basic costumer service. Not a good place to return a vehicle after hours.
