Rented a van and a car from this company. Much better experience than most local rental companies. Quick check out, nice vehicles. Efficient staff - when I was returning the van, an employee came running up to the lot (a block away) to check the car back in. After he looked it over, I gave him the keys. He stopped me and asked if I remembered to fill the tank, which I hadn't. Since he'd already checked in the car we went to the gas station together, he filled, I paid. So nice to do that rather than leaving me on the hook.

Charged me 30 euro for damages after receiving the car. Never actually sent me a bill but sent it to collections and forced me to pay an extra 30 euro in collections fees for something I don’t even know if I did. Awful customer service. They had my name, mailing address, and email. Chose to not actually ask me for money.

AMERICANS STAY AWAY!!! This europcar prays on Americans who don't buy the insurance and will make things up about the car when it's returned. Extremely rude staff even for Germans.

Location is very accessible. Customer service is very good. They were very helpful. Service is also fast. They can accommodate you even without reservation. You can get your car in less than 10 minutes. They are also way cheaper than the ones on base especially renting it weekends. Highly recommended.
