Out of four tires ordered, one was the wrong size tire, which can certainly happen. It is not possible to reach someone by phone to solve the problem quickly and easily. One is forced (which is probably wanted) to write an email. Our customer vehicle cannot be completed!

Simply impossible to reach by telephone. For days I try to reach the company. Without success. You can not work together with such amateurs

Phoning is not possible if problems occur !! Very bad service if you can even speak of a service I dare to doubt. Is just online trading rather to the dealer of trust on the ground.

Finally, we found that the old winter tires are nothing more. We got new all-weather tires at a price that is hard to beat and they were installed immediately. Many thanks to the dedicated team! One more satisfied customer :)
