We were very impressed with the competence and efficiency at Pfeiffers; changing our tires took less than an hour. Also, the shop is easy to find, on the main street of Siegelbach. We ordered tires online and had them delivered to Pfeiffers, but the next time we would ask him to order the tires, as there is very little difference in price. He also was able to supply us with lug nuts for our spare tire which are different from those for our aluminum tires. Thank you, Herr Pfeiffers!

Top service, great price and just a friendly smile !!!! I needed a late appointment for assembly and was totally surprised when I was offered an appointment at 9:30 p.m. on the same day, which of course I immediately agreed. As you should of course for great service, Mr. Pfeiffer called me and preferred me because another person had canceled. Assembly was so nimble. Only had to wait about 20 minutes ... if at all! Even seemed shorter to me. Both gentlemen were super friendly. I will definitely recommend the workshop and have it installed again in the future !!!! Can only be recommended ... actually, the two should have earned a lot more stars.

Short-term appointments flawlessly via answering machine and prompt feedback. The master immediately saw that sensors were still needed. (The operating instructions, search on the Internet and the messages from the on-board computer gave no indication of this). When everything was together, the wheel change, including installing the sensors and fitting new tires onto new rims, went quickly and smoothly. I can only praise the friendly, accommodating and absolutely professional service and I would love to come back next time.
