Reifen-vor-Ort

I have ordered a tire including assembly in a free workshop in Göttingen from Reifen-vor-Ort and received an order confirmation by email. A query in the workshop showed that they did not work with Reifen-on-site at all and the workshop could not explain how it could be listed there. Another alternative for me was Vergölst in Göttingen. Everything worked out great. It is better to spend a few euros more, but you can rely on the company for that. To the answer from Reifen-vor-Ort via google, I sent my data via the contact form and never heard from again. It is only intended to falsely convey the feeling that the information above the ratings is important to them. But it is probably not so!

Alleged price errors from wholesalers become a problem for the end customer. I have ordered tires here several times over the past few years, not anymore from today! I will even advise everyone to order from you. Quick update on the answer: There is no reply to an email !!! So ask and don't react, that's pathetic.

Tires ordered, tire order confirmation received on site. Inquiries at the assembly company resulted, no order received. No tires delivered and not on the way. The specified assembly prices also do not match those of the assembly company, although this was transmitted to Reifen on site several times by the company. I then had to renew the order on site.

Tires were found with great value for money, the local dealer was very friendly and helpful. Always my pleasure. I can only recommend.

It's actually a shame that you have to assign at least one star, not even that they deserve. Tires ordered online on Saturday, order confirmation is sent by email and everything seems to be fine. It has nothing to do with tires on site, is only listed as an assembly company, only earns money from assembly. All right. Contact with tires on site. Because of an internal event (today was the day with the most corona infections in Germany, you notice what?) Nobody can be reached by phone. By mail, yes but which one? Do I take Saitow AG, or Tire 24, or the tires on site? Well, just keep your hands off it, save trouble. Take the 5 € more in your hand and buy directly from the dealer!
