Due to a defective sender sensor in the AdBlue system and the resulting switch to creep mode, I was forced to visit this workshop and feared that I would lose an eternity of time, as is usually the case in some workshops before they take on my problem. The more positively I was surprised. Immediately after registration, the error memory was read out and the vehicle was driven to the workshop for troubleshooting. Then came the low blow. The encoder sensor is not available, but this is not due to MAN itself. But due to the customer and solution orientation of the employees there, I was able to continue driving about 3 hours after arriving. The encoder sensor was removed and cleaned (where other workshops would have waited dull for the corresponding delivery), the error memory erased, and lo and behold, I was able to continue my tour without any further problems. In addition, despite corona protection measures, I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner from start to finish, which unfortunately is no longer a matter of course. I take my hat off to the local staff and say THANK YOU
