Usually fine. Called twice first time I asked if they could order a part for me and I immediately got hung up on. Called back and they just picked up he phone and hung up again. Customer service is severally lacking and makes me want to go somewhere else.

I didn't even finished saying English when I asked "do you speak english" before they hung up the phone. Horribly customer service. Save your time with this place. I highly recommend GK-Autoteile GmbH right outside Polasky gate

Great place for getting Euro spec car parts. The staff know English and accept VAT forms. Just bring your VIN with you and they will look up the correct part number for your car.
