Be aware that if you're an American (civilian or military) this place only thinks about one thing...how to get the most from you(money-wise). Any maintenance to your vehicle will be double or triple charged in comparison to what other mechanics in the area charge. Do your research before committing.

This is the most exceptional experience I’ve ever had with any sort of vehicle repair/service center. Great customer service, super friendly people, and the guy who owns the place (I think that was him — seemed like he ran the show) was a pleasure to work with. 5-Stars+. This place I hear used to be great, but have obviously capitalized on the fact that they are closest to the inspection site. They charged me 300 euro to basically wash my car for inspection, then told me there were a bunch of other issues I needed to take my car in for. After the sticker shock of the first interaction, I used a recommendation from a friend to use Stein Auto in Seigelbach. They are SO much better. Diller will try to get as much money as possible out of you (at least if you're military), and I would NOT recommend them to a friend. Maybe an enemy ;)

Excellent service. Great communications. The Land Rover dealer was quoting me three or four times as much, and asking for several weeks to do the work. Mr. Diller did the work faster, cheaper, well done, and keeping me informed along the way.

I've had three different vehicles mechanically inspected and two of them worked on, including CV boots, clutch changes, and just tire changes when I can't be bothered to do it on my own. Herr Diller and everyone on the staff is professional and do fantastic work and should give you hope in the good faith of automotive shops and German quality. They speak English and have same week appointments despite how busy they are with mostly word of mouth business. Go Diller!
