This business is great. They speak both English and German. They accept VAT forms for up to 2 weeks worth of purchases. They are very knowledgeable on both US and Euro spec cars. One tip is to take a picture of your VIN number if you plan to ask any questions or buy anything for your car, it will speed up the process of them finding what you need. Always very nice and helpful. If they don't have a part or product they will overnight it for you to be available the next weekday. Lines tend to be longer on Saturdays.
