Our car broke down and we called them. Woman told me that it would be and hour and a half wait time. after 5 HOURS she called and said someone was 5 mins away from us. 2 more hours later at 2330 she called and said the tow truck driver WENT HOME and they would have someone tow our car first thing in the morning. They NEVER came! TRaSH BUSINESS!

The tow truck arrived punctually and in a friendly manner, explained everything to me and we looked for a solution. Conclusion: I came home that same night and was able to watch how he repaired my tire perfectly, which as such was not his job, but he sacrificed his time to help me. Such employees who cultivate the reputation of a company in the best possible way should definitely be rewarded, are rarely seen. I was really pleased and tips are not saved, you have to appreciate these workers. LG and thanks again

My vehicle had to be towed. Short waiting time, really nice driver and the vehicle could be repaired at Kärgel. All employees on the workshop premises are very friendly and courteous. I felt in good hands. Price / performance ratio was very good. Vehicle runs again. Many thanks.

With a broken chain with the moped left on Saturday. Fa.Top tried to find a workshop that installed the chain for me. With success SUPER SERVICE, HOLIDAY SAVED! 😊
