Customer defense in perfection. Attracted by a great website, we wanted to book a wine tasting for our friends from Munich and Frankfurt as part of a weekend together. After several attempts by phone and email, I was heard and actually got an answer and an appointment for a Saturday afternoon at the end of October. In the 8 months in between, however, the boss decided to cancel our appointment in favor of a private party. However, she did not want to tell us this. Fortunately, one month in advance, I intuitively asked again whether everything was going well. This time I got - already after the second email! - an answer or the rejection ...

After-work-party: Everything is great, also for older people. An enrichment for Heilbronn. The painting exhibition is particularly nice.
