Great Atmosphere, Good Food

So I have to say that I can not understand the whole negative evaluation. I have been ordering from Pizza Wish for a long time. My absolute favourite. The pizzas taste really good and on good days they are even awesome. Absolutely fresh products, crispy lettuce, perfect pizza consistency and all at fair prices. Friendly pizza drivers and always discounts. TOP.

So far only good experiences. Once the driver hadn't found the address - well, eventually he came, after all, the food was still warm. And then a driver broke down - but that was resolved quickly and with a delay of about 20 minutes our food came, even almost hot. What is not noticed so positively is something with the online order. We found two pages where you can order. Different prices for the same products were also listed here. What didn't work on either side was the option to order extra ingredients. You could add mozzarella in the edge, but not deselect it, so the product had to be thrown from the shopping cart and selected again. A uniform, functioning site would be desirable. I wrote about the matter with the extra ingredient in the "Comments" field, and that you can't choose anything here and a solution was found completely uncomplicated, which we were very pleased! That encouraged us to continue ordering here after all these years. The one star deduction because the online order thing simply has to work. Not two sides, but one, and then you just have to be able to choose what you want to add. What we also noticed is that Pizza Wish no longer seems to be included in Lieferando / Lieferheld, and Pizza Wish can also be found under the name "PizzaZuHause". What now? Uniformity is the motto. As long as the delivery thing works, that's OK, but you could well imagine that some people look for another delivery service due to uncertainty and lack of choice. #Update 09.12.2020: It is still not possible to order extra ingredients via the homepage, something should have been done! That doesn't necessarily speak in favor of a living quality system - and just relying on the pizza to be tasty isn't enough here. We are currently thinking about where to order and now let our experience flow into our decision. Doesn't look good so far.
