Adler Modemärkte AG

My family visited Adler in Kaiserslautern on Saturday, 7 Nov 2020. My wife was told she could not use the Fahrstuhl (she is handicapped) due to Corona. This really limited us because my wife wanted to outfit our son. We left without buying anything and I will cancel my Adler card account. This store advertises that it is barrier free which is not true. There are shops all over town that are still using the Fahrstuhl, I believe the lady standing at the counter was just too lazy to help us.

Not a friendly team at Adler in Kaiserslautern! My handicapped wife was told she could not use the Fahrstuhl to help my son pick out items. Needless to say it was a wasted trip driving there and it was our last.
