You can find anything you need for your baby here. It's a pretty big store and they have clothes, buggies, cradles and everything else you'd need for your kid. They also accept Vat forms.

Very nice and competent advice. Once again we went to BabyOne to stock up on our first child. We have acquired larger products such as strollers and infant carriers as well as small products (hooded towel, diaper pail etc.). The staff took a lot of time each time and were available for a detailed information transfer. Both Mr. Schalber and Mrs. Mehrhof are very competent, friendly and persistent. What is unfortunately no longer self-evident today. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely be back!

Inadequate handling of complaints. Our stroller was sent back to the factory several weeks ago. On the part of the branch, we are comforted again and again and make a rather helpless impression, but do not react beyond that. Only a short email came from the head office that they were not responsible there. Why should you still buy on-site when internet shops are often more uncomplicated and courteous at often cheaper prices? Oh, and one more thing: on automated emails: "We are very interested in the satisfaction of our customers, please send us ..." I have no interest. Everything was communicated verbally and in writing several times. If customer satisfaction is actually of interest to someone on the executive floor, you can contact me from there. With pleasure.
