Under all sau .... technicians were in our house today .. Was unfortunately not there ... My girlfriend opened the door for them The technician mimicked the question where the electricity meter could not be answered immediately (she does not live with me) Disaster .... Please look for another supply point what is there bottom drawer

Opening hours are very unfriendly for working people it must be extra free you can nict at least open in one day longer City Hall and other places get it out too

So bad staff rude people in the customer service and no understanding of the location of the "customer". My location was not revised and technically wrong. Insult on the phone and a juicy bill in the end! For something to pay, for this service ..... no, thank you never again!
