We were with our cat for a general examination in the small animal clinic at the district office. We were always with a doctor there and always very satisfied with her. Until we had said routine check-up a week ago. In this we were told that our cat had the dental disease FORL and that you now have to pull almost all teeth including the roots out of the jaw. After the diagnosis was made with the naked eye, it was actually only a matter of the costs of approx. 600.00 € - 800.00 €. For us, the health of our cat is in the foreground and not the costs, so we would never have spared costs! We couldn't believe the diagnosis and wanted to get a second opinion. So we went to another vet 1 week later and lo and behold, everything was more harmless than in the small animal clinic HN. Our cat doesn't have to have teeth extracted, just one tooth doesn't look that good, will rot on its own and will fall out over time. The tartar is completely normal for a cat and doesn't even need to be removed. Leo is alive and well !! Please take care of your animals and do not directly trust a statement from the vets! This is just about making money and not about the welfare of an animal. Which we think is a shame, because who knows how our Leo would have been after the entire FORL treatment, maybe he would not have survived the whole thing or would have had it very difficult in the rest of his life. Conclusion: no recommendation of the small animal clinic HN and please always get a second opinion from another veterinarian.

Since you make an extra call in the morning and ask for an appointment according to the doctor's assistant, you should just come over because there wouldn't be much going on Packed things up and drove by car and then it was said that you should make an appointment because there is a lot of excuse. She was not sure which colleague had a shift this morning and she couldn't do anything so we won't go there anymore !!!!

We have been here with our two cats for several years now and always feel very well looked after. You can call around the clock in an emergency and always get competent help. Also during the consultation (we are with Mr. Napoli, but have also been to some other doctors), a lot of time is always taken and our questions are answered patiently. The examinations are carried out for the welfare of the animal and not to collect money. The helpers are also very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend the veterinary clinic!

Unfortunately, we had to go to the small animal clinic on Saturday evening due to an emergency. I can only recommend this clinic, although it was late, we were told on the phone we can stop by. The doctor was very nice and took a lot of time. I found it particularly positive that he first asked a lot of questions about the previous illness, etc. Also the price I found very cheap. Absolutely top!

Money comes first here. Emergency service fee € 60 and 50% surcharge on treatment. This is totally exaggerated.
