friendly staff, your workshop did not work properly on my car trailer.
This caused a finazieler damage to my car. Why would it?
You as the boss don't pay the damage. I won't visit the workshop again Addendum from 3 weeks ago. 1. I had my car and my car trailer for a check-up in a specialist workshop, after which a fault occurred true and a clamping fault was found on the car trailer, which you do not want to accept. 2 The trailer was checked again in your workshop with me and a fault was found on the trailer. 3 If, as you claim, the fault was in the car, why was the trailer reworked?

So our company no longer buys a trailer there !!! Unfortunately I was wrong in the door and Mr. Müller (maybe the boss) immediately reprimanded me for not waiting at the customer counter. I also apologized and he said the customer counter was there for his customers not to poke him pretty unfriendly but employees at least nice, nevertheless we cannot recommend this company, we buy the next trailer somewhere else and not from such unfriendly sales managers.
