EURONICS Schnee

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the experience of the last post on the bad service. A cable connection was supposed to be laid for me by Otmar Schnee GmbH, but the owner's permission was refused. This should normally lead to the termination of the cable contract, which Otmar Schnee GmbH, as the commissioned company, must forward to Vodafone so that it can be processed there. However, that has not happened in 6 weeks. Only the mailbox can be reached by telephone. Otmar Schnee GmbH does not respond to my mailbox requests or emails. This cannot be due to a missing order.

Very friendly, helpful and professionally trained staff. Also in terms of price everything is ok. Fortunately, there is still a SPECIALIST dealer who can be interviewed and who can also provide expert advice.

A year ago I bought one of the last Loewe televisions from the old series in Germany from a long way away (specially traveled from Frankfurt am Main) (found one here on the Internet). Even in the run-up to the purchase, the customer service on the phone was very pleasant, competent and helpful. When I picked it up in person, I was willingly and in a good mood answered further questions about the device itself shortly before the shop closed. Now, after a year, the device has suffered a major defect of its own accord (this is also the case with the finest TV manufacturer in the world - Loewe is the inventor of the TV and thus the great father of TV). Since I do not want to have such a valuable device transported by mail, a claim under the guarantee should have allowed me to drive through half of Germany again with the device. But a) the Euronics Association and b) the customer friendliness of the Schnee company made it possible for me to have my television repaired on site at my place of residence by another Euronics partner specializing in Loewe, given the distance. Loewe paid for the cost of the material, and the company Schnee immediately agreed to the labor costs here in Frankfurt am Main without any discussion in advance - and after the repairs were completed, they also paid for it. And that in the knowledge that because of the distance I probably won't be able to buy there again as easily as I did with this rare device back then. And yet this prompt and natural assumption of the labor costs without even having to discuss it. So ... the locals around Wittenberg consider themselves lucky to have such a shop nearby. My experience makes some other (negative) reviews here seem questionable. The company Ottmar Schnee, however, is standing there brilliantly. Thank you very much to your entire team!

I handed in my cell phone on Wednesday, on Thursday they called me and said how much it would cost and that it would be ready today if I agreed to the repair. I said I'll call you back right away, I called back 2 minutes later and nobody answered until today. Regardless of the time and when you speak to the mailbox, nobody will call you back. That sucks and you can't tell me that all day none of the time has to answer the phone or call back when you have spoken on the mailbox

A well-hidden problem with the TV system was found at short notice in our holiday village and promptly resolved. Thank you very much
