Can't deal with people at all, but unfortunately, as a general, the MA are moody and unfriendly. I've been a customer of yours for many years but now it's enough for me. If a negative price were awarded to the branch with the most unfriendly employees at Rossmann, this branch would get it! It can always happen that you have a bad day and therefore react a little annoyed, but these employees all seem to have a bad day every day. I was not aware that it should be prohibited to carefully turn on a liquid soap so that you can smell it. Unfortunately, Mrs. W. very rudely pointed out that this should not be done. If you are not allowed to do that, you can also say that normally. But I personally will not buy products that do not smell good for me or the like. When asked about a tester, I was only given a very unfriendly "No", the conversation was over because the employees preferred to talk to each other rather than to the customers. In general, the employees don't have polite phrases, because you often wait for a "hello" and a "bye, have a nice day" at the cash register. I prefer to drive a little further away and go to the competition than to shop in this shop.
