Catastrophic. I've been driving a bus for a long time now because I have to and what has already happened here ... terrible. Some bus stops are simply left out because there is no desire or whatever, so of course you are faster than planned. But instead of just waiting at the next stops to get the time back in and collect possible passengers, no, you keep driving, with 10 minutes punctuality. I can't be at my bus stop 20 minutes earlier, just to get a bus that should only come in 20 minutes because the bus driver thinks he would otherwise have to drive fast and be there 10-15 minutes earlier. What shoud that? If you call the bus company to complain, you will be routed from one number to the next, where the other person on the line never knows what is going on and you get a new number to contact. And if you press Stop because you would like to get out of the car, it will of course be ignored and it will just continue until you call out that you have to go out and press Stop. We are also happy to simply ignore the fact that you are standing at the bus stop and drive past you with the explanation that it is too dark. Bad company.
