As a console player switching to PC, the staff really helped me out building my first gaming PC together. I’m glad that they give you confidence and a lot of great information relevant to the build you are going towards. The process was a week turnaround for the new GPU 3080 build. It was expensive but absolutely no regrets! The staff is professional and customer friendly.

absolute professionals. i asked a ton of questions about building a computer and they answered all of them. they helped pick out some parts, they built it and they did a fantastic job. they seem to have a policy against upselling, trying to get my friends to go towards the more budget-friendly options rather than the high end. absolutely great people to help you build a pc, they can talk you through part selection and budgets.

Very helpful staff and the worker who helped us spoke great English, so we were able to get the cable we needed quickly.

This place is the best! The staff is super knowledgeable, honest, and they give great advice. They don't pressure you into buying things you don't want. They have good prices, which get even better because they take VAT forms. I am definitely coming back here.

I have lived a lot of places around the world, but I have never had a PC store with such consistent great customer service!
