Day 18.12.20 - approx. 1:10 p.m. A71 Center branch Zella-Mehlis On the day mentioned, I wanted to go shopping in the store. As stated, I wanted to use a shopping cart necessary for shopping. However, since there was no car in front of the shop as usual, I spoke to a saleswoman who was near the cash register. When I asked where I could get a car, I got the following answer in a very cheeky tone. - I have a car to use and there is no further discussion! - The employee yelled across the sales room instead of walking towards me and answering my question in a normal tone. Since I couldn't understand this reaction at all, I asked what kind of answer to my question would be. I do not argue. I'm not stupid and want to use a car too. However, there are no cars waiting and I just want to know if there are cars in another place [in the parking lot above in front of the building]. The saleswoman was still very unfriendly because I got the answer - Young woman, you don't have to buy anything here! I don't have to go into the shop! An elderly lady who was standing right next to me was, like me, completely irritated by the reaction. I said I couldn't understand this reaction and left. I know how difficult it is for retailers in these times, but something like that is incomprehensible to me. I always adhere to the measures laid down in connection with corona and I do not believe that one then has to be treated that way. I definitely mean something different by customer friendliness. Thanks to this employee, I don't feel welcome as a customer in the company, especially when you are told you don't have to buy anything here. It's not the first situation of this kind. The staff is generally not open to questions. Furthermore, it is also to be criticized that since the opening of this branch a few years ago the stock of goods has been confusing for the customer because there is always either no or incorrect pricing of the goods. That is why I have not bought things several times because of missing prices. As a customer, you will no longer see me here. I have already submitted a complaint by email.
