I had an issue with my iPhone, so I called their store and a very courteous and professional representative responded. He took his time to respond to my inquiries. He could not take care of the issue over the phone, so I went in person and their customer service was top-notch. The gentleman at the store did fix my issue with my iPhone and I was so thankful for his help, his knowledge with Apple products, and his patience. I highly recommend this place.

I had to take my phone in for repair that a local competitor failed to fix. I haven't had any trouble with Implement-IT. They've always been clear and concise about their repair/service charge and ensure that I understood fully what I am receiving before they conduct the repair. I was able to use my VAT form without any challenges. In addition, I purchased a cell phone accessory that I didn't use and I was able to return it without any problems.
