Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of fabrics for curtains. Wide selection of carpets. Nice pillow cases and also a few bathrooms to walk trough.

I walked in with a simple request: to have someone measure my house and give me a price quote to re-carpet one floor. Three weeks later, and after 10 phone calls from me to Hammer's teppische (carpet) department, I still have nothing but excuses. People sale German customer service sucks, but while that's generally NOT true, it certainly is in this case. This place would have gone out of business after it's first week in any other country but this. Completely useless. In 14 years of living in Germany, this was one of my biggest disappointments.

Very good, super nice advice, both in the flooring and in the wallpaper department The order was there faster than promised. A lot of work was done when loading the goods. We would love to come back.

Good advice. Employees tried hard to get the desired item. Checked the warehouse, called other Hammer markets. Very competent and friendly.
