Great furniture. Staff not trained enough. They don't know enough about the furniture sold there and about sending procedures. Better to find out some details on their website before going so you know if the staff forgets anything. They handled our furniture order very slowly and poorly. It's a pity

Friendly, helpful staff

So far mostly hard-working staff. Unfortunately, the Corona measures are currently not being followed correctly ... More than half of the customers were without baskets in the store, who was informed at the entrance. Everything seemed haphazard and salespeople disinterested. Absolutely not a nice "shopping experience" ... Otherwise actually recommended ...

Has recently been to the Danish bed warehouse in Kaiserslautern several times and bought furniture. I was always happy about the great and competent advice and the nice employees. Big and big thanks and thank you very much! I can only recommend it to everyone. Great service :-)

I bought two mattresses and two pillows last month. I received excellent advice. The saleswoman (Ms. Neumann) was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with me and my wife. Thanks for that. I will be shopping in the Danish bed warehouse again.
