Purchased an Entertainment center and the instructions were missing for one of the units so we were not able to continue assembling the furniture. Following day they were very helpful and printed out the instructions for us. I like their selection and the staff are always ready to help.

Very friendly employees and a big selection of furniture. The prices are also good.

This furniture store is exceptionally friendly. For the US military, they accept VAT forms. They may not have as wide a variety as Ikea but they make up for this by great selections and great customer service. I have bought from them twice. I have a feeling it will not be the last time either.

I have lived in the area for 4 years now and did not know about this huge furniture store right in town. Very US friendly with a humongous selection.
