We are completely satisfied and happy with our dream kitchen! We felt we were in very good hands from the very first moment. The advice was very professional, our ideas and wishes were all taken into account and supplemented with individual ideas from the kitchen house. Sufficient time was taken for planning and measuring, so that in the end we had a very good feeling about the end result. The scheduling for the kitchen assembly and the assembly of the kitchen went without delay and absolutely satisfactorily. Even after the construction, the kitchen studio was at our side with help and advice. We have now been able to cook in our new kitchen for almost two months and we really wouldn't want to change anything! We cannot imagine a nicer and more practical kitchen for ourselves. Great advice and planning, our planner Selina was super nice, competent and implemented our dream kitchen perfectly! The result is even better than expected! A clear recommendation for everyone in the Kaiserslautern area (and beyond) who would like to have their kitchen properly planned. Definitely preferable to the "assembly line dispatch" in the furniture stores! This is where real time is taken for the customer! Just great!

We got our kitchen at the end of October and are very satisfied. From planning to installation, everything went really well and a small change wasn't a problem either. Very nice team!

In August I drove past the Schubert kitchen house in the industrial park, which I hadn't known before. Since we want to buy a new kitchen, I stopped and went inside. I liked the kitchens very much, so I took a few photos to show my husband and made an appointment with Mr. Weber. First for a measurement and then for an appointment for a preliminary discussion and further planning. Mr Weber came to the appointment punctually with a colleague and measured our kitchen. Then my husband and I had a conversation in the kitchen studio, where our ideas flowed into the initial planning. Mr. Weber already gave us a plan so that we could discuss it at home. Mr. Weber then went on vacation for 3 weeks and after his vacation he contacted us again. At the next appointment we went into more detail and made a new appointment at the end. When I arrived at the kitchen house on time for this appointment, I found out from another kitchen planner, unfortunately I forgot the name that Mr. Weber had an accident at work and was supposed to be absent for several weeks, but he would now take over the planning. Something had changed for us at the moment. The kitchen was supposed to be expanded so that additional measurements had to be made. We made another appointment for October 1st at 3 p.m. to complete the survey. However, the new kitchen planner did not come to this date. He called 35 minutes later and apologized for forgetting the appointment because a kitchen was being delivered and he absolutely had to be there. He told me that the secretary saw him by chance when he came in from outside and she was amazed that he was still here and reminded him of our appointment! He asked me if he should come today at all. I suggested that I measure myself and give him the data over the phone. That didn't work because he didn't know the situation in our kitchen. I asked him if he didn't want to come over after all, which he refused because more new kitchens were to be delivered and he actually didn't have time either. I waited to see if he would offer me a new appointment, which didn't happen. I was a little annoyed and, waiting for his reaction, I told him that I would get in touch sometime. Unfortunately, there was no reaction from him and I have not heard from this kitchen planner until today, November 4th, 2020. Too bad, we would have liked to have bought the kitchen in the Schubert kitchen, but unfortunately the kitchen planner or the kitchen planner was not interested in selling us a kitchen.

Many thanks to the kitchen house for our dream kitchen! From the advice to the delivery, everything was excellent. In addition to the kitchen, we have had our utility room equipped! We are very satisfied!
