3K Kreativ Küchen Keller Kaiserslautern

We wanted to fulfill our dream of our own kitchen at the end of last year and immediately struck gold at Kreativ Küchen Keller. Despite adversity and long delays on our part, Mr. Keller reacted extremely accommodating and understanding, so that we could finally inaugurate our dream kitchen. We were very satisfied with the service during the planning phase as well as with the assembly by the carpenter and can already say with certainty that we will again rely on the Keller family for the next kitchen planning!

My partner and I had a kitchen planned for us. Since we were also very satisfied everything seemed to fit we (in my opinion) agreed on a price, we were told that we would be contacted for the next appointment and since we had actually decided on the kitchen, the next one would be The date for us was actually the signing of the contract. However, we then waited in vain for someone to contact us again. We were actually very disappointed because we were really satisfied and that was the very first and only kitchen for us that we had planned and of course we then waited for the next appointment, but then nothing more came. The advice was really good, but for me it's not a professional way. You could at least have called and told us that (for whatever reason) you don't want to sell a kitchen to us. Then we would have looked immediately for other kitchens and not waited another 3-4 weeks for a new appointment.

Great advice and implementation of my ideas! Quality, support and structure really great. I finally got my dream kitchen! Woman is so happy :) Thanks to Mr. Keller for his endless patience and understanding in our chaotic situation :)

We like our kitchen very much, the result is impressive;). Due to Corona there were unfortunately delivery delays, so we had to wait about 3 weeks for the oven and the dishwasher. That was a bit annoying, but at these times hardly anyone is spared from delivery bottlenecks. It was just a shame that we sometimes got no information, or only when asked where the devices are, which should have been there last week. The biggest drawback, however, was that the LED's under the cupboards in our kitchen were forgotten. We verbally agreed that the kitchen would come with LEDs, but they were ultimately forgotten. Unfortunately, they weren't included in the electrical installation plan, which we as laypeople didn't notice either, which is why we now have no LEDs under the cupboards, as originally agreed. At our request to organize some later (e.g. with batteries), nothing has happened so far. That was a shame, considering that Mr. Keller gave me the feeling that I was receiving good service. As for the handles, we also had a bit of difficulty opening the refrigerator, it was very difficult to open. We still like the handles, but the refrigerator is difficult to open. Perhaps one could have pointed this out in advance. Unfortunately, an alternative to this handle or a subsequent solution was not possible. The fitter adjusted the refrigerator again and then it was a little better. We now have good parental controls ...;)

For me the absolute number 1 in terms of advice, customer service and competence when it comes to professional home cooking in and around Kaiserslautern. Mr. Keller implemented everything perfectly according to our wishes. The kitchen planning in the store was a lot of fun and "last minute" requests were immediately reacted to and implemented very well. The quality of the kitchen components is very high and the brands of the devices (Bosch, Blaupunkt, Oranier) are convincing - rightly 5 stars for a 5 star professional !!!
