Not even worth a star, but unfortunately no other rating is possible. Attention rip off! The "managing director", see the imprint if this person really exists, has several fake online shops that are allegedly already in bankruptcy so as not to have to compensate their customers. When ordering, they lure you with discounts only valid if you pay in advance. The delivery promise is deliberately not kept. There is an answer only after several e-mails. They can never be reached by phone. Ordered in July 2017 and delivered in March 2018, although delivery should have taken place in September 2017. The delivery then finally unpacked, Damage is documented and a complaint is made immediately. And again just hang out for months. After 3 years the result is that they have no idea about customer service.

Very nice and unusual assortment at reasonable prices. By paying by invoice, my order was delivered risk-free and quickly. Gladly again!

Not customer friendly, does not respond to complaints!

We were looking for a good outfitter for our bathroom because we renovated it. Here on this page we got wonderful things for our bathroom. The processing and delivery was just super fast. We will definitely order again when we need something
