I am completely disappointed in the service I've received. I ordered a 1700 euro mattress with slats on 10 September. The sales person advised the total included free delivery and would be delivered in 3 weeks, which is this week. I also advised the sales person the need for the mattress to be delivered on time. Now (2 Oct), I called to check the status and the language barrier became a factor. Please keep in mind, the store is in K-Town. I'm being told maybe Friday or next week. After struggling with lanuage barrier, I asked my coworkers who speak German to call on my behalf. The 1st coworker was advised the mattress would come into the store Friday and I would have to pick it up. But, I was advised, the cost included free delivery. After calling back again, he was advised, they deliver, but the truck was not available. Another coworker called, who also speaks German. He was advised, the mattress is in the store, but they cannot deliver it. On top of all of this, I could not cancel the order. How do you keep my money and not deliver the mattress? Be warned, once they take your money, they can do anything they want and you have no rights.
