My daughter has a Gluten allergy and the staff was happy just to make her a burger without the bun 👍

We are regular mc customers all over the europe, but this mc in Elmshorn is a big catastrophy with dirty toallets, tables, floor. the staff on the entrance is rude and unprofessional, she does nothing at all except telling people where to go in an unfriendly way. They also make a lot of mistakes with wrong delivery of customers orders (for example they bring cola instead of fanta) and when you tell them about the mistakes, they bring you a right one but like throwing that on your table. We also order some coffee to stay in and they gave us a coffee to go and even without spoons. The guy who is in charge for cleaning is totally slow and non interested. We dont reccomend this mc at all.

Chips were cold , chocolate shake had about 1 part chocolate to 500 .
