Cozy atmosphere and the best waffles in the world! Here I have spent wonderful hours on the terrace in the summer and enjoyed life. You can tell that the boss puts all her heart and soul into her café! The staff is also always friendly and will let your every wish come true.

Don't worry, you won't sit here for long. The daily opening times of 10: 00-18: 00 simply prevent a "life sentence". The former prison, which now presents itself as a café, lives something from its history. You can, if you want, eat in a narrow cell. A look at the menu reveals - many things are far beyond what might have been "served" here in the past. The soups then appear a little self-deprecatingly on the menu under "Flavored water". The pricing is a bit irritating. When four bottles of beer are roughly equivalent to the price of a whole case, you start to ponder. You almost wonder why normal coffee is almost cheap. The selection of warm apple cake and brownie was good in taste, but the cake was quite mushy and the brownie looked like microwaved frozen goods. The vanilla ice cream contained ice crystals, which is evidence of temporary thawing and refreezing. At least the spray cream was OK, good - you can't go wrong with that! Apart from these weaknesses - the service was OK, relatively friendly and with still acceptable waiting times. The cleanliness, including the sanitary facilities and the Corona hygiene concept, cannot be criticized.
