Personally, I have to say that customer service is very important here. I once had to go to the competitor with the big R here in Northern Germany and was totally dissatisfied with the service. I immediately switched to the Elmshorn dealership and was positively surprised. You are warmly welcomed and you don't feel undesirable like the competition. It took a little longer to troubleshoot my car, but the staff were really patient and didn't just brush you off. I was also called regularly and informed about the current status. The ladies and gentlemen of the house with whom I have dealt so far have all been very polite and open to my questions and concerns. I'm very satisfied

Absolutely underground customer service. I called the Elmshorn car dealership to order a spare part and after half an eternity I was put on the next queue. After I had spent several minutes in the second queue, someone picked up the phone and immediately pushed me away again. Then I tried again by phone. A friendly gentleman answered (that's why two stars and not just one star) and tried to put me through, this time too it was in vain. The employee gave me an extension on which I can try again myself. Some time later I tried the extension. A lady took the call and tried to forward me - again in vain of course. After the last failed extension attempt on the part of the lady, she took my contact details and assured me that I would be contacted during the day. To date (two days later) I have still not received a callback. Welcome to the service desert Germany. Then another dealership will get my money.

My car was kept in the workshop for 3 days after a minor accident. EVERYTHING went PERFECT! Get an appointment quickly, no long waiting times on site, all employees nice and competent. Also take your time in troubleshooting. On top of that, as promised by the dealership, you get a nice replacement vehicle. The next inspection is definitely in Elmshorn 👍

In 2016, the advice from Mr. Üstündag was excellent. Unfortunately, I've had problems with a headlight since I picked up my car. The service team told me that the photos were made, I thought I wasn't hearing properly. During the warranty period I was sent away again and again, now of course my car is outside the warranty period and my headlights are still running. Damage in the amount of € 800. Conclusion advice from Mr. Üstündag great, service / workshop bad. No new car purchases.
