Hello! Thank you for the great advice and the great car! The purchase of our new i20 went really well, our salesman Mr. Gibson is a young but competent sales advisor, with whom you don't have the feeling that you are just a number. Sometimes he is not that easy to reach, but no matter who you were on the phone, you were always greeted in a friendly manner and always looked after and you got a call back. In a year we will then test the workshop.

Friendliness and service are different! I'm driving a Santa Fairy and my remote control has given up! So I drove to the company in question! The person beamed first with absence! It took about 10 minutes for it to appear! I described the case to the gentleman, unfortunately the answer came and you have to call Stellingen because he has no warehouse inventory! I asked what the service and service would be for me! And now comes the best answer! "He has no time for that" It was just an incompetent person, but my decision has been made, we will avoid this shop when there is a new car❗

Have been for 5 years Workshop customer with our I30 CW. Price level of maintenance as with other dealers. Dealing with the customer at eye level is very positive. That cannot be said of the Itzehoe Hyundai dealer. Anyone who was treated from above is clearly served here in a more cooperative manner.

The Elmshorn branch can only be recommended! We just bought our Santa Fe there. Both sellers are absolutely customer-oriented and friendly. We bought our new one from Mr. A. Witt. The branch / exhibition is small, clearly arranged vehicles are clean, we like that. We were immediately offered a test drive. 10 out of 10 points ..
