My experience with the used car department from VW was unfortunately negative. I was very interested in a used car. The viewing date was unfortunately negative and disappointing in the end. I was able to look at the car and take a test drive. Unfortunately the car had three tires with little tread and only one relatively new tire. I raised this with the seller. His reaction to this was that he could also exchange the new tire for one with a lower profile so that all 4 have the same profile. When it went to the sales talk, the seller did not let them negotiate. He said the price could not be negotiated. After several inquiries, the seller went very minimally down from the price. Too bad that there was so little willingness to cooperate, otherwise I would have liked to have bought the car directly.

Super satisfied that my vehicle (VW Tiguan 2017 model) was a smooth € 3,000 cheaper than here with us the vehicles (NRW) but also a perfect service over the phone and e-mail with Mr. Artelt. The equipment and the color are amazing, you don't get here for the money, not with the mileage and the equipment and just before we started up I was told that I would get a set of winter tires in the car for free. We always buy a car there.
