I was looked after professionally. Of course you can't compare the circumstances with 2019, but I still felt that I was in very good hands.
All the staff were always friendly, courteous and professional both on the phone and on site.
There is nothing to complain about, apart from the parking lot situation. However, the dealership cannot do anything about the parking lot, so I give it full 5 stars out of conviction.
We have already bought a number of cars in different dealerships. But we've never had such a nice, great salesperson. Mr. Zimmermann is very competent, took a lot of time and gave us great advice. Autohaus Finck & Claus Elmshorn .... always a good address.

If I wanted to buy a car today, I immediately felt like a supplicant. I don't feel like doing that when I plan to spend 40k euros. I went back and bought one around the corner from the competition!
