A big thank you to Mr. Anders for the very competent, friendly and fortunately also unobtrusive advice when buying our BMW. After many disappointments in the branch in Reilingen, I moved to Elmshorn and can now only report positive things, very good customer service and very good customer loyalty, from reception to service manager.

The 5th star would have existed; if the clerk had just greeted me personally, but I only got to know him on the phone.
I also have to complain about the security, because I only had to give my name when I was picked up without legitimizing my person.
Everything went as agreed.
The service does a great job, like the ladies at reception.
You feel welcome and secure.
The service employee from the workshop had an answer to every question, which was also explained to you. I can only recommend it
