We have ordered our new V Class from Mercedes Benz Burmester in Elmshorn. From the first contact to the handover of the vehicle, we felt we were in the best of hands with Mr. Almstadt and Mr. Kovacs. These two gentlemen advised us in a friendly, competent and customer-oriented manner and answered our questions and requests. In particular, Mr. Kovac's instruction in the vehicle was exemplary! That's how you want it as a customer. All in all, an absolutely recommendable service.

We were interested in two young stars and were very warmly welcomed. The vehicles were clean and test drives were easily possible, the advice was very competent. In the end we bought a vehicle. The sellers were always available and tried very hard to hand over the vehicle to us in good condition. In particular, the accessibility for queries etc. is very good. All in all, full marks and definitely a recommendation!

Friendly reception, had an error analysis done in another branch NOX Sendor 1 & 2 defective. The gentleman should not aid goodwill. He supposedly HAS to do an analysis again for 130 € and there was no longer a word about the goodwill promised by the other colleague, the sensors should cost 1500 € including installation. Thanks for nothing and never again this dealership ... not recommended
