I just needed some help.
Unfortunately, my wish exceeded the decision-making authority / willingness of the responsible employee.
Unfortunately, no effort was made to find a solution other than the one I wanted.
That would probably not have happened to me in Itzehoe.
However, I have to add that my previous experience with the Elmshorn company was of a completely different nature (customer-oriented).
Particularly annoying: in the past you have recommended the workshop to your own friends and customers.
Trailer borrowed ... reserved at short notice ... received ... brand new ... clean ... gladly again.

I was there for inspection, which went smoothly and smoothly over the stage, however, it came with personal things to damage. Of intent and may not be here, something does not have to, but of course it can happen.
After some correspondence the branch in Elmshorn acted immediately and everything is back as it should be!
I'm sure I'll stay a customer for a while longer.
