Within a year 3 x Airmatic defective and always asked to pay for it, no sign of goodwill. Mercedes has never been able to air suspension! 1 star for the nice staff.

In my experience, always good service. I have been giving my car here for service and repair for a long time.

I was unlucky because I had dented my tailgate on the carport. What annoys me the most is that I only got an appointment in 14 days for a demonstration for the cost estimate. That is not how it works !!!!!! and canceled again Too bad, although the employees are very nice, but have one customer less. Was just in another MB workshop in Ellerau and will get the report tomorrow ... it works ...
