Typisch Jack and Jones.
I always find something there that I like
Nice! Always worth a pair of pants, well sorted, good promotions and a very nice and competent team.
After a trouser worth almost 90 € after two months already had a hole, we wanted to reclaim it at Jack & Jones in Elmshorn - this should be possible, according to online trading in any J & J store.
However, the saleswoman did not want to be talked about and insisted that we had to go to the store for a complaint in which we purchased the goods.
So we had to go to Hamburg because of a 5-minute (!) Complaint - where we were then told that this information was simply wrong. A complaint can be made in ANY Jack & Jones store with appropriate receipt. This information would have saved us an hour's drive, fuel and, lastly, parking fees. It is a pity that the Elmshorner store apparently wants to "improve" its sales to the detriment of its own customers. Maybe this review will help one or the other customer, so that the next complaint is not simply abgewiltelt ...
I had very nice service which helped me to find a great sweater for my big son and they had a lot of patience so we are really helped
